Sit Down

"Sit down, I have to tell you something"

At this point, I don't want to hear what the other person has to say but I have to know.

So I sit down and what I hear next changes my life forever.

Today I had to sit down again.  I know that:

•  the shock will pass 
• the solutions will be found a
• one day I will look back and not feel as sad as I do today.  

I am thinking of the song "Sit Down"
